The aim of this study is to compare the implementation process and adoption of two cooperation models, used by public organizations to coordinate the work with children’s mental health, by comparing the views of the management with the views of the staff, within children’s psychiatrics, school and social services. The study was based on interviews with eight people from the management and a questionnaire answered by 53 people from the staff. In this study four people from each model, representing the mentioned public organizations and the project leader have been interviewed. Five themes were identified and discussed.
